 GSM Guarantee 

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

We offer a complete satisfaction guarantee.  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise, simply return the item for exchange, refund or full credit.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  In some cases a small restocking fee may apply. Descriptive, typographic and photographic errors are subject to correction.

Damages
The most common damaged merchandise is through shipping, which arises out of our control. If your order is damaged by the carrier, you must place a claim with that carrier. GSM will replace defective merchandise, but will not be held liable for actions of the freight carrier.  Please follow instructions under Returns below.

Returns
GSM should be notified no later than 10 days after you receive your order if you decide to return your merchandise. Returns will be accepted if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product or if the product is defective.
GSM will not accept returns if your order was shipped outside the continental USA.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any postage/shipping fees incurred back to us is the responsibility of the purchaser. You must contact us first before returning any merchandise, returns@gifthousesm.com  returns must be preauthorized.  In some cases, a small restocking fee may apply.

Exchanges
GSM accepts almost all exchanges. GSM will not allow exchanges on merchandise that was ordered more than 10 days ago, used and not resellable or broken by the purchaser.
GSM will not accept returns if your order was shipped outside the continental USA.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order if the order has not yet been shipped. Orders can be canceled by emailing GSM returns@gifthousesm.com  or calling Debra at (810) 241-7787
